Nigel commenced work as a valuer in 2004, starting off in residential and lifestyle valuation, before moving to his current role in the commercial team based in Darrochs Henderson office. He concentrates mainly in retail, office and development land, although he has carried out a variety of specialised valuation tasks, including financial modelling. Prior to his current role, Nigel was self employed for 10 years and previously had a long career in aviation, serving in the Royal New Zealand Air Force for 20 years.
