Chris has a valuation career that spans over 30 years in both the public and private sectors. He has 20 years experience in the Wellington market, supplemented by some 12 years as a partner in a long established Marlborough practice. He was the Wellington District Valuer during the mid 1980s. Chris is a past chairman of both the Wellington branch and the Nelson/Marlborough branch of the New Zealand Institute of Valuers. Chris's focus is on commercial and industrial properties throughout the Wellington region, particularly for market valuations, rental reviews, asset valuations, and insurance. His expertise includes portfolio valuations for clients with assets within and beyond the Wellington region.

Steve joined Darroch Valuations in 2007 after working for 12 months as a property research analyst. His main focus is on commercial and industrial valuations, rental assessments, insurance work and portfolio valuations.
Steve has completed the BBS degree in Valuation and Property Management major. His background includes Cool Store Management, the logistics industry, and 12 months of playing professional rugby in Ireland.
