Darroch Valuations Waikato was formerly known as Attewell Gerbich and Havill (AGH). AGH was purchased by QV in August 2006 and was rebranded as Darroch Valuations Waikato in December 2006.

Glenn specialises in inner city valuations specifically shopping centres and office blocks. Before joining Darroch, Glenn worked for the Department of Lands & Survey for seven years, and at the Ministry of Works and Development as Senior Land Purchase Officer for seven years.

Jamahl joined Darroch Valuations Auckland in 2000 and for 8 years specialised in commercial, industrial, and retail property valuation and consultancy in Auckland. Jamahl moved to Hamilton to manage the Darroch Waikato office in 2008 and has previously served on the Auckland Branch of the Property Institute of New Zealand. He has also been actively involved in tutoring the Massey University Valuation and Property Management degree. Jamahl is responsible for the evaluation of our IT systems.

Wayne specialises in higher valued Commercial and Industrial valuations, specifically rental reviews and valuations for mortgage security purposes. Previously Wayne worked for Geo Boyes & Co as Valuer for six years and at Valuation New Zealand for six years. Wayne worked for a year with the State Government of South Australia and the Auckland City Council as a Valuer respectively.

Michael's valuation experience covers both urban and rural property valuations (mortgage security, insurance, and compensation assessments) for a wide variety of clients. Michael joined Attewell Gerbich Havill in 1989 and was with Valuation New Zealand for five years as Senior Valuer.
